This deed of Sale made this fourteenth day of December in the year of our Lord Christ one thousand six hundred ninty four Wittnesseth that I William Tyler of Wallingford in the County of Newhaven in the Collony of Connecticutt in New England for and in consideration of a considerable matter allready in hand received have given granted bargained and sold and doe by these presents give grant bargain and sell unto Sergt. Daniel Baldwin of Milford in the County and Collony afforesaid in New England severall parcells of land namely first One acre or thereabouts of Land which was formerly my fathers William Tyler late of Milford deceased within the Town of Milford bounded with the high way or Common East and South, with Samuell Gunn his land West and with brother Thomas Tyler his land North ~ Secondly One other parcell of land within the bounds of said Milford which was formerly my said fathers halfe division of land, the first part lying neer the Newfields, bounded with Sergt Samuell Camp and Joseph Baldwin their land East fourty rods, a high way South fourty rods, cant West fourty rods, with the land that was David Baldwins and John Uffits land cant or bending fourty rods, containing about ten acres, all the above named with all priviledges and appurtenances theruto belonging the above said Daniel Baldwin himself his heirs Executors or Assigns shall have and hold and peaceably possess and injoy, without any Lett or molestation from me the above said William Tyler my self my heirs my Executors or Assigns for ever, or any other persons or persons that shall lay any Legall claim therunto or any part therof by from or under me also I the said William Tyler further ingage myself to give a more firm deed of sale if it be Judged by the Learned in authority to be needfull upon the Cost of the said Daniel Baldwin and for the full confirmation of the above written deed in all the particulars of it I the above said William Tyler have sett to my hand and Seal the day and year first above written.
