In the name of God Amen the Tenth

day of May A[nno] d[omi]ni 1610 I Niclose Terell Merchantay-

-ler and Cittizen of London being in p[er]fect mind and memo-

-ry doe make and ordaine my last Will and Testament

in manner and forme following that is to say First and

principally I give and bequeath my Sowle unto the

Allmightie God w[hi]ch created me and redeemed me

and I hope will sanctify mee and forgive me all my offences

com[m]itted from my youth to this present day and hereafter

to my lives end Item I geve and bequeve unto my wife

An all my goods and chattells whatsoever, and doe by

theis p[rese]ntes make my sayd wife Anne Terell my full

and sole Executorix to dispose at her Will and pleasure

any of my household goods as she shall thinke good at her

discretion Provided allwayses that if I the same Nicolse

Terell doe live till tomorrow w[hi]ch shalbe the xj^th of this

present Moneth that then if I shall thinke good to alter

this my will to any intent not now knowne unto me,

that that will then shall stand in force but if it shall

soe please God to take me to his mercy in the meane

time then this my will shall stand and be inforce, This is the

Translation of the Probate: This will was proved on 9th June AD 1610 before the vernerable master John Hayward, doctor of laws, surrogate of the lord comissary, etc, by the oath of the aforesaid Anne Terell, relict and executrix, etc. To whom, etc, saving on the oath, etc. The invemtory was exhibited: ₤7 16s 10d.
