Additions — Roger Tirrell chr. 1620 St Magnus The Martyr

12 Nov. 2010: DOR-Terrill member Terrill Hayes pointed out on 10 Nov. that if no more children were born after the burial of Roger Terrill, then that’s a good indication that it was Roger Sr. who died. I’ve added that point. [CWT]

18 Nov. 2010: Following up on Terrill Hayes’s point I have taken another look at the London, England, Baptism, Marriages and Burials, 1538-1812 database, checking again for baptisms of other children of Roger & Ellen Terrill. I found none after 14 Jul. 1625, but one more before—Anne, bapt. 21 Nov. 1619, St Magnus The Martyr, child of Roger & Ellen Tyrrey (I searched for children of Roger & Ellen <any surname>). There were no other Tyrrey baptisms at SMTM, nor any Tyrrey marriages, nor burials. I also tried again to find Ellen’s first marriage, and a third marriage after 14 Jul 1625, but found none.
