This deed of Sale written March the 12th 1704/5 Wittnesseth that I John Terr[ill] of Milford in the Colony of Connecticutt in New England do give and Bequeath unto my Son Samuell Terrill of Said Milford a Certain portion of land within the bounds of Said Milford which is part of my home lot in quantity about three Roods & Sixteen pole be it more or less bounded with a high way westwardly, and by the high way or Certain County Road thirteen pole Southwardly, & with my own land Eastwardly & Northwardly it is about tenn pole & a half pole in bredth Enclosed with the fence now Standing about it & a new house of his own upon it all which unto belonging my Said Son Samuell shall Have & Hold possess & Enjoy himself his heirs assigns & successors for Ever without any Lett or Molestation from me my self my heirs or successors for Ever and for the full Confirmation of the premises I have sett to my hand & seal the day and year above written.
