Be it known to all men by these presents That we Samll Newton Gent, Samuel Northrop Yeoman & Louis Liron Merchant all of Milford being called appointed and sworn to apprize an Estate tendered to Joshuah Hotchkiss County sheriff of the County of New haven by John Tyrrell for satisfaction of a Judgement of court recovered against the sd Tyrrell by Benjamin Coney of Stratford according to two Executions on sd Judgement for Debt and Charges That we the apprizors aforesd have this twenty second day of November Anno Domini 1706 apprized two parcells of arable Land presented by the sd John Tyrrell to the sd County Sheriff for satisfing the sd Judgement and Executions both which sd parcells of Land are in that field in Milford aforesd called the West bareneck one parcell being in quantity three acres and half an acre in that piece of land called the ten acre piece bounded Eastward by an highway one Rodd in breadth between the sd Land and Thomas Coloyes Land and which sd High-way only belongs to the sd Daniel Tyrrell, Northward by an high-way Westward by Widdow Mary Baldwins Land and Southward by Daniell Terrills Land which parcell of Land is valued att twenty one pounds money att seventeen penny weight the piece of either six shillings, the other parcell of Land lying on the Westward Side of that Lott called the Spring Lott being the whole length of ye sd Lott, and being in Quantity half an Acre and twenty Rodds, bounded with an High-way Northward, Joseph Camps Land Westward and Southward, the sd John Terrills Land Eastward wch sd Land is valued att three pounds, four shillings and four pence money as aforesd which Sums of Money amount to ye total Sum to be levyed on the Estate of the sd Tyrrell by the Executions aforesd and were by the sd Tyrrell delivered to the Sheriff aforementioned with the Appurtenances thereof In Wittness whereof We have hereunto putt our hands. Dated November 22nd 1706 in the fifth year of her Majties Reign

By Vertue of one Execution under the hand of Mr. Peter Burr Clerk of the County Court of Fairfield and one Execution under the hand of Eleazar Kimberly Secretary of the Colony I have Seized the parcells of Land within mentioned Delivered to me by John Terrill of Milford with the Appurtenances Thereof and Delivered the same to Benjamin Cony of Stratford to Have and to Hold to him the sd Benjamin Conie his Heirs and Assigns forever as his and their free and absolute Estate in Fee simple. In Wittness whereof I have hereunto putt my hand this twenty second day of November, Anno Domini 1706 In the fifth year of Her Majesties Reign.
