This Deed bearing date this Eighteenth day of April in the Year of our Lord Christ One thousand six hundred ninty and four Wittnesseth that wee William Tyler and John Tyler of Milford in the Collony of Connecticutt in New England Administrators to or of the Estate of our dear father William Tyler late of Milford afforesaid deceased for and in consideration of full sattisfaction in hand received Have given granted bargained and sold and by these presents doe give grant bargain and sell unto Samuell Miles of Milford afforesaid Cordwinder a house Barn and house lott, the said Lott containing halfe an acre be it more or less, scituate lying and being within the township of Milford afforesaid being bounded with Thomas Hine Northwardly, and with the high way or Common land Eastward and South, all which said house and barn and house lott with all the Appurtenances and privilidges therunto belonging the said Samuel Miles is to Have and to Hold to him his heirs and Assigns for ever and further wee the said William Tyler and John Tyler doe for us our heirs Executors and Administrators covenant to and with the said Samuel Miles his heirs and Assigns that he the said Samuel Miles his heirs and Assigns shall quietly and peacably posess hold and injoy the afforsaid house barn and house lott with with [sic] all the appurtenances and priviledges thereunto belonging for ever without any lett or molestation from any person or persons whatsoever that shall lay any legall claim thereunto or any part therof. In Wittness wherof wee have herunto sett our hands and seals the day and year first above written (the defacing in the ninteenth line was before signing and sealing).
