Bible Record for William C.6 Turrel (Caleb5-4, Daniel3-2): This record, along with information from other sources, is used to support an argument that this William C. Turrel, of Susquehanna County, PA, from sometime before 1810, was descended from Caleb5 Turrel, born in Milford, CT, in 1742, whose paternal line to Roger1 is known.

Wills of John Terel/Terrill and wife Sarah of New London, CT, 1712. In conjunction with what we know of our John2, these establish that John of New London was a different John Terrill.

Abstracts of Pension Files of Revolutionary War Soldiers: From records at the National Archives for all Tirrels, Terrills, Turrells, Tyrrels, etc.—many of whom were not descendants of Roger.

Children of Asahel4 Terrill and his wife Hannah Hoyt: A page of family records for Asahel/Asael4 (Nathan3, John2, Roger1) Terrill, sent in with his widow’s Revolutionary War pension application. Asael was “cilled at surratoga with A cannonball” in 1777.

Pension Declaration of Jared5 Terrel, 1832: Jared5 (Moses4, Josiah3, John2, Roger1) Terrel described his Revolutionary War service in 1777.
