This Deed of Sale by way of Exchange made the 18th day of Febuary the year of our Lord Christ 1705-6 ~~~~ Wittnesseth That I Daniel Terrill of Milford in the County of New haven in the Colony of Connecticutt in New England have given, granted, bargained & Sold and do by these presents give, grant & Sell unto Eliezar Rogers of said Milford in the County and Colony aforesaid a certain parcell of land within the bounds of said Milford near Wigwam Swamp in Oronoaq Woods in quantity about ten acres be it more or less which was first layed out to my brother Joseph Terrill by way of Division and after the Decease of said Joseph Terrill was the Lott of Samuel Terrill my natural Brother late of Long Island within the Province of New York and by the said Samuel sold unto me, ye above said parcell of Land is bounded with the Land of said Rogers Westwardly, the Land of Sergt Danll Baldwin Eastwardly and Common Land Southwardly and Northwardly all which parcell of Land of ten acres bounded as above said with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging, the said Eliezar Rogers shall Have & Hold himself, his Heirs, Assigns, and Successors forever, without and Lett or molestation from me the said Daniel Terrill or my Heirs, Assigns or Successors or any other person or persons that shall from by or under me lay any legal Claim thereunto or any part thereof forever. And further I the said Daniel Terrill declare That I have in full received satisfaction for the above said parcell of Land in another Lott sale to me and made sure by a Deed bearing Date with these presents; and for the full Confirmation of the premises I the said Daniel Terrill have hereunto sett to my Hand and Seal the Date above written.
