Know all men by these presents, That we Sarah Terrill and Timothy Terrill both of Woodbury in ye County of Fairfield in N: England: being by ye Court of Probates in Woodbury appointed guardians to Abigail ye daughter of Mr. Roger Terrill late of Woodbury deceased, and having put into our hand and possession something considerable of ye Estate of ye s^d Roger Terrill by his Last Will and Testament, and at her good considerations, do hereby jointly and severally bind our selves our heirs Executors and administrators to pay or cause to be paid well and truly, unto John Sherman Esqr Judge of ye Probate in Woodbury and his successors & unto ye select men of ye Town of Woodbury afores^d ye full sum of one Hund^d and fifty pounds currant money of N: England upon demand, and to be Recovered as well as any Just debt whatsoever:

The condition of ye obligation is such, that if We Sarah Terrill and Timothy Terrill, truly discharge ye trust reposed in us, & jointly or either of us severally do and shall from time to time and at all time, duly take care of and provide for and subsist ye said Abigail ye Daughter of s^d Roger Terrill late of Woodbury deceas^d - in health and in sickness during her Natural life, or untill she be restored to ye perfect exercise of her Reason and Understanding, and wholly Indemmify ye Town of Woodbury with respect unto ye said Abigail, and also free all other particular persons of and from all care and charge about her ye said Abigail as to her subsistance unless these mentioned in ye last Will and Testament of s^d Roger Terrill deceased, who are therein obliged to take care of her, then this obligation to be void and of none effect, otherwise to stand in full force and virtue:
