On this 26^th day of November 1832 personally appeared in open court before the court of Probate for said District Jared Terrell of Waterbury in New Haven County and on oath made this his supplemental declaration in order to obtain the benefit of the act as mentioned in his declaration.

No. IV Of Objections That the service mentioned in his declaration of three months about the time Danbury was burnt he believes commenced in April 1777. He knows that Danbury was burnt during those three months and that he served three months at that time.

That the term of two months at the time of Burgoyne was taken commenced in September 1777. And that he served two months at that time.

No. XIII. He says that he served during the War at different times more than two years in all. And that he has given the deposition of one man at [oath] who was In [service] with him in the same company. And that he knows of no one living who was with him that he can get as a witness to any of the service except for the term of one year which he has _______ [a]lready by three Witnesses who were [last words on page missing].

1 Month Stratford 1779. In August 1779 I was called out in the Militia one month and was stationed at Stratford Con. where I served the month which was the last of my Service. Jonathan Curtiss was Captain.

During my Service I was in a battle at Turtle Bay 3 or 4 miles from New York, in another at Harleam and in another at White Plains. I was born in Waterbury and have always lived in the same town and suppose my birth is recorded in the Town Records. He hereby relinquishes every claim whatever to a pension or annuity except the foresaid and declares that his name is not on the agency pension roll of the agency in any State.
