On this 26th day of November 1832 personally appeared in open court before the court of Probate for said District Jared Terrell of
No. IV Of Objections That the service mentioned in his declaration of three months about the time
That the term of two months at the time of Burgoyne was taken commenced in September 1777. And that he served two months at that time.
No. XIII. He says that he served during the War at different times more than two years in all. And that he has given the deposition of one man at [oath] who was In [service] with him in the same company. And that he knows of no one living who was with him that he can get as a witness to any of the service except for the term of one year which he has _______ [a]lready by three Witnesses who were [last words on page missing].

During my Service I was in a battle at Turtle Bay 3 or 4 miles from agency pension roll of the agency in any State.
